Support requests

Information you send

The support form lets you voluntarily submit an email address, subject and support message. This information is used to receive and respond to MultiNet questions and bug reports.

Submissions are validated by Cloudflare Turnstile, forwarded through the notification infrastructure described below and are not stored by the Moribyte website in a database, KV store or file.

Third-party services

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides the infrastructure used to deliver and secure the website, MultiNet downloads and support form. Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse.

Telegram infrastructure delivers support notifications internally to Moribyte. The submitted email address, subject and message are forwarded through this service; website visitors do not need a Telegram account.

Thank you

Thanks for downloading MultiNet.

MultiNet is a new unsigned beta from an independent developer, so Windows may show a security warning when you open the installer.

Windows SmartScreen

If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, choose “More info” and then “Run anyway” if that option is available.

Smart App Control

Some Windows 11 PCs with Smart App Control enabled may block unsigned apps more strictly.
